 KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (M/F) with a passion for the automobile Automatic Transmissions Sales Dept Belgium (Brussels) 
As interface between an assigned customer and Aisin AW/AW Europe, you will lead negotiations and manage projects of the Automatic Transmissions & Hybrid business by using commercial, cultural, language and personal skills in order to maintain Customer satisfaction at a high level, implement projects successfully and drive both original equipment and after sales activities smoothly within the boundaries of the business plans.

Job requirements

  • Fluent English, Japanese (Level 1 or 2 on JLPT), French, German, Swedish as a bonus 
  • University Graduate (preferably commerce or engineering, Min. 2 years work experience as CIR in Japan 
  • PC literacy (Microsoft office) 
  • Communication, Problem-solving, Negotiation skills 
  • Assertive Team player, Flexible and Result-oriented 
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (in Europe and once or twice a year to Japan) 
  • Able to spend a 6-months training in Japan after initial 1 or 2 months at AW Europe
